What is a pre-order?

A pre-order consists of ordering an item that is not physically available in our warehouse when purchased. It is still in the production phase and will be finalized based on the collected bookings. Therefore, delivery times differ from the usual order processing times. In this case, they will be specified on the product page and/or on the collection page. Therefore, before finalizing the order, it is advisable to check if the product is in pre-order or not. Upon completion of the procedure, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

Can I modify a pre-order?

It will be possible to request a modification of the chosen model among those present in the pre-order collection. Our staff will verify if your chosen version is still available and will respond to your request as soon as possible. Once the item is shipped, it will not be possible to request any modification to the pre-order.

Can I combine items in stock and items on pre-order?

If your order includes other products in addition to the pre-order item, we will proceed to send these items in the usual shipping times and we will proceed with a second shipment containing the pre-order product once it is ready for shipment.

Can I cancel an item on pre-order?

Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours from the pre-order date. To cancel your pre-order, please contact our support by writing an email to info@nazarenorossetti.com. Remember to provide the order number you wish to cancel and include it in your request.

Once the order is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email attesting to the cancellation and indicating the refund issuance.
