Delighted to have you among our customers, we inform you that the watch you have purchased is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 24 months from the purchasing date. Any defective part as a result of a manufacturing defect duly ascertained by our technical service will be replaced free of charge. For warranty claims, proof of purchase must be attached to the watch or replacement parts. Excluded from the International Warranty are defects due to accidents or improper use (impacts, falls, etc.), alterations, damages, repairs and manipulations by unauthorized third parties. Also excluded are glass, strap, discoloration of plating or color, the consequences of wear and tear and normal aging of the watch.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
A few basic rules must be followed and remembered for the proper functioning of your automatic watch. Remember to wind your watch every time it stops: with the crown unscrewed in position (0), wind the watch by turning the crown clockwise approximately 20 times. This will wind the mainspring of the movement, while the oscillating weight will continue to wind it when worn, keeping it running. The watch has a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. Please also note that an automatic watch is still a mechanical watch, that it has a 24-hour tolerance of + or - 5/10 seconds and that long-term non-use may require adjustment by experienced and authorized personnel.
WARNING: Avoid changing the date when the hands are between 10 PM and 2 AM, as this may damage the mechanism. Do not operate the crown when the watch is wet. Make sure that the crown is always screwed in tightly. Avoid violent impacts (e.g. diving) or very humid environments (e.g. sauna). Immediately after immersing the watch in salt water, wash it with fresh water and then dry it. Do not expose the watch to high temperatures (above 60°C / 140°F) for prolonged periods. Avoid contact with perfumes, gasoline, solvents and other similar substances. To ensure the longevity of your watch, we recommend that you have the gaskets checked by a qualified technician every 2 years.
For service work that is not covered by this warranty, the repair center may perform the required services for a fee, depending on the type of work required. These charges are subject to change and should be announced and agreed upon with you prior to performing the service.
If you need to ship your watch to the repair centre, we suggest you to send your item via an insured and traceable means. The repair center is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment. Please package your watch properly to protect it from damage in transit. Also remember to include a copy of your proof of purchase.
